SUMMARY
General understanding of IT, strong management and scheduling ability, high customer service philosophy required, CCNA and/or CCDA required as a minimum – higher Cisco certifications preferred. Cisco Voice certifications a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
-5-7 Years Experience minimum in some type of team customer service role with a particular emphasis on the Cisco product line
-Advanced CLI configuration skills required
-Responsible for CLI and/or GUI configuration of Cisco equipment, pre-sales engineering of Cisco equipment, coordination with sales efforts in an engineering capacity
-Must be able to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
-Daily troubleshooting and maintenance of customer’s Cisco equipment.
