Our client in Plano TX is seeking a Business Analyst to develop the future state of their PeopleSoft ERP, especially Financials and Accounting modules.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend both technical and/or business process improvements.
- Develop test plans/scripts and conduct user acceptance testing/training.
- Ensure the day-to-day transactions are executed correctly.
- Provide training to other users.
- Create management reports using SQL, etc.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in IT or Business.
- 5+ years in related work experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft - Financial
- Experience with SQL and Data Integration Reporting.
- High degree of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Outstanding organizational skills; managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with both operational and technical aspects of the business.
