Our Fortune 100 client in Columbus OH is seeking an experienced Executive to manage their IT infrastructure, operations and application support groups.
Position Purpose:
• Manage an organization of approximately 75 FTE's and a direct budget greater than $25 mm.
• Improve the IT staff’s capability to operate more than $1 billion in IT assets.
• Provide governance of the Run Capability for Enterprise IT, influencing 2,500 IT Associates.
• You will be the overall business process owner and manager for the Run ITIL processes including:
- Incident / Change / Problem / Release / Service Request / Configuration / Availability / Service Level Management
• Develop a control function and serve as the gatekeeper for all change introduced into the IT environment.
• Effectively communicate with executives in the highest levels of the organization.
• Provide thought leadership and tactical excellence in managing a quality improvement program across every component of the broader IT organization.
Employment Guidelines:
• 5-7 years of executive management experience, including strategic planning and setting direction.
• Prior experience with large, complex, multi-disciplinary, and first of-a-kind projects with sound business case development and successful overall implementation.
• Experience managing third-party vendor solutions and vendor provided technologies.
• Ability to ensure a highly reliable production environment.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Adept at applying process management and continuous improvement tools and techniques.
