Our client is seeking a Sr. Remedy Architect to join their Global Consulting Practice where you will be responsible for leading large scale (1000+ seat) implementations with clients across the country.
POSITION DETAILS:
* Provide technical leadership, from analysis through installation and configuration of the following BMC tools: IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Support Suite (CSS), Action Request System (ARS) and Mid-tier.
* Provide product usability, evaluation and support to development teams, including the analysis and investigation of CRM applications/systems, graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction.
* Consult with and give presentations to Executives as required.
* Lead global (India), cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years enterprise architecture, integration, implementation, and/or design experience.
- ITIL
- Experience in Web Services, J2EE, Java, JSP, XML, SOA, IVR, CTI
- Exceptional communication skills
DESIRABLES:
- Working understanding of Unix OS, SQL and Oracle Programming
- Enterprise Application Integration (preferably using WebMethods)
You may work in a 100% or 0% travel position and may be based in Texas, Sunnyvale CA or Waltham MA.
