As the primary architect for this Fortune 100 company, you will develop the overall architecture approach for all layers of a solution in the Contact Center (previously termed the Call Center).
Your team is responsible for the full SDLC; from requirements gathering through successful delivery of the solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage projects through implementation.
2. Recommend solutions for upgrading the infrastructure and applications to meet business needs.
3. Conduct feasibility studies relative to new computer-based systems and modifications to existing systems.
4. Set agendas and establish priorities for self and team.
5. Advise on industry trends to impact the organization's technology direction.
6. Act as a subject-matter expert in a particular domain or solution. Serve as consultant to senior management and senior IT staff on IT programs and long-term systems strategies.
REQUIREMENTS: - BS or BA in related field. - 8+ years IT experience. - Expert knowledge of CCT (Contact Center Technology) - Proven knowledge in IT architecture components, principles, procedures and practices. - Previous experience in information design, controls and audit methodology for business systems and data processing environments. - In-depth knowledge of financial services business models and operations. - Significant experience with Call Center Applications, especially Genesys. - Knowledge of relational databases. - Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques. - Competency in intranet/internet technologies. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with technical teams including virtual teams. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Occasional travel.
