Job Title: Senior Software Enginner- NMS


• Purpose and responsibilities of the role;

o Develop GUIs for network management, Video front end, Control applications.
o Individual contributor working in a team of 4-5 engineers
o Working with cross functional teams across the globe
o Flexible work hours
• Reporting and communication relationships;
o Reports to R&D engineering manager
o Depth of written and verbal communication is expected
o English is the primary medium of communication
o Needs to be able to lead functional spec reviews and participate in other technical reviews
• Skills, experience and qualifications needed;

o Good knowledge of C++
o Expert knowledge of C# and .net platforms
o Good project experience with reasonable large ASP.net development projects
o Very strong on Computer Science fundamentals and algorithms. Strong quiz area.
o Exposure and or working knowledge of WCF and WPF is preferred
o Programming awards, merit certificates, volunteer work is a plus
• Team fit and performance criteria;

o Must be a strong team player, who is able to listen and put across his point of view
o Ability to program with speed and agility and less scope for rework
o Must be conversant with Agile and other SDLC practices
