We are conducting a search for Account Executives. This role reports to the Director Sales, and is located in the Pacific Northwest. This position will be responsible for driving new business through consultative selling into established and new accounts. The Account Executive will be fully accountable for overall customer revenue, retention and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement territory plans which will exceed revenue goals

Manage quotas between 1.75 and 5 million

Develop a target list and utilize corporate resources to identify and close key opportunities

Develop strategic relationships at the C-level customers and influencers

Ability to forecast forecasting the right opportunities

Accurately negotiate contracts

Stay current on new e-business technologies

Make planned sales calls

Utilize and update the Sales Force Automation System and provide
timely feedback on requested reports

Provide customer visibility to operational success

Lead issue resolutions through utilizing all corporate resources

Handles routine add-on sales for clients and partners

Ability to drive new revenue within 6 – 9 months (Deals in Stage 3 Phase) of hire

Ability to drive business consistently

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to captivate the attention of C-Level Executives

Strong problem solving, presentation and organizational skillsIndependent, self-starter with excellent matrix management skills

Comfortable dealing with technical and contractual issues

Team player with leadership abilityFundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree 8+ years of successful sales experience, especially selling ASP and/or Integration solutions

5-8 years working in a software, SAAS or outsourcing sales space

Success in signing deals with an average value of 500K to 1million dollars + and achieving a yearly target included between 2 to 4 millions dollars

Industry Experience:

Strong business/sales acumen coupled with a sound understanding of B2B Integration technologies and strong knowledge of Consumer Products,
Retail, Automotive, and High Tech sectors

Experience selling Managed and Professional services solutions

Experience working in a matrix environment
