With an average of 17 years of consultative software sales experience, existing Independent Sales Agents employ a deep understanding of industry and company-specific challenges. Along with an intimate familiarity with the way enterprise technologies are procured and deployed across the business, our Independent Sales Agents build long-term trusted relationships with and drive long-lasting value to their chosen accounts.

Independent Sales Agents are encouraged to spend efforts building relationships identifying opportunities for better, faster, and cheaper SaaS and cloud computing solutions. The relationship between our client and the Independent Sales Agent is similar to how independent insurance agents engage with major carriers. As an Independent Sales Agent, you effectively own your accounts and receive large flat-rate commissions for the entire life of the deal, allowing you to build a stable and growing book of business.

Our client supports the Independent Sales Agent with training, sample sales decks, FAQs and other supporting collateral. Additionally, the Independent Sales Agent is paired with a local consulting firm for direct support, implementation consulting, and often times sources leads.

Candidates for the Independent Sales Agent opportunity will have 10+ years of B2B software sales experience in their local geographic territory. Independent Sales Agents will be expected to demonstrate existing relationships within the geographic territory. Compensation will be on a straight commission basis, with first year earnings opportunity to $140k, $90-115k realistic first year earnings. No commission cap, strong opportunity for reoccurring revenue stream development.
